I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend! Today, I wanted to share with you the Springtime Vintage card that I made for the Swap at our meeting last week. I just love this Designer Paper in the Occasions Mini catalog! So many wonderful designs to choose from.
So here is my Swap card:
Recipe:
Stamp Set - Baby Blossoms, You're a Gem
Cardstock - Very Vanilla 4 1/4" x 11", Plus a scrap
Marina Mist 3" x 3" square, 4 1/4" x 4 1/2 "
Springtime Vintage Designer Paper 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
Ink - Always Artichoke, Marina Mist, Bashful Blue
Dotted Ribbon Punch, Pearl Jewels, Marina Mist and Very Vanilla 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Crop A Dile
The Crop A Dile was used to punch a hole in the front of the card, so that you can tie the ribbon around the card threading it through the hole. Your ribbon stays in place without any adhesive and you can tie the perfect bow! Woo Hoo! This technique was demonstrated at our Regionals and I LOVE it!
Thanks for stopping by today !!
Hope that you can make some time to do some stamping today!

Ice Cream Parlor Make n Takes !
Woo Hoo! You Scream, I Scream, we all SCREAM for Ice Cream.
Ice Cream Parlor that is ! Tuesday Night was our DIVA Night at Susan's. So I wanted to share with you today our Ice Cream Parlor Make n Take projects. All of the Make n Takes were created by my upline Susan Campfield. We had 3 fabulous projects that night, each one using some or all of the Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper and the Quick Accents Pack and the Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon and Button Pack from the Sale-A-Bration catalog. Thanks Susan for creating the wonderful Make n Takes !!
Here's the group picture of all 3 Make n Takes:
Aren't these just too cute for words? They are. First is the "Friend" Happy Birthday Card, then in the middle is the adorable box made with the Petal Cone Die and then we have an "Easter" Card.
This is the open view of the "Friend" Happy Birthday card with the ballons inside.
Stamp set is Party This Way. Ink is Pacific Point, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight.
And our last project was the "Easter Wishes" card.

The "Friend" Card has the Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon and Button Pack. We used the Timeless Type Alphabet dies with the Adhesive Paper. I just love the little flower button with the Rhinestone jewel set inside the button. Pacific Point, Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight cardstock. Pacific Point Ink and the Modern Label punch along with the Word punch.
This is the open view of the "Friend" Happy Birthday card with the ballons inside.
Stamp set is Party This Way. Ink is Pacific Point, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight.
Can I just tell you that I LOVE these cute little boxes that everyone has been making. This one uses the Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper for the actual box. The Flowers were made using the New Fun Flowers Bigz Die and in the middle we have a Sew Suite Fabric Designer Brad. A little 5/8" Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon to attach the flowers to. The cute "My Friend" tag is on Pink Pirouette and stamped with Perfect Punches set and then punched out with the Curly Label Punch. Tied on with some Line Thread. We added a little die cut flower from the Ice Cream Parlor Quick Accents Pack as an accent on the tag.
This is the opened view of the box, where inside we have some shredded paper and of course some CHOCOLATE !! A Special Treat for any occasion !!
And our last project was the "Easter Wishes" card.
Melon Mambo, Peach Parfait and Whisper White cardstock. The Ice Cream Parlor Designer Series Paper was used to punch out the Easter Eggs with the Wide Oval Punch. The grass is in Old Olive Ink , using the Inspired by Nature stamp set. The Easter Wishes is from the All Holiday stamp set, stamped in Melon Mambo. Large Oval Punch and the Scallop Oval Punch. We also put a border on the inside of the card using the Ice Cream Parlor Quick Accents Pack. I did take a picture of the inside, however the border that I choose didn't really show up.
So I decided not to post that one, but I'm sure that you can picture it just the same.
Hope that you have a Wonderful Day and find time to do a FUN stamping project!
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed the Make n Takes!
Happy Stamping !!!

February Stamp Club Projects
Today is President's Day and I have the day off. Woo Hoo !!
However, it has been Snowing now for 2 days and all the snow that had melted last week is back, ugh. I am so ready for Spring and so tired of the Snow. Sorry for whining! Now that I have a little time, I thought I would share the February Stamp Club Projects with you. With all the recent activities it sure has been busy. This month I decided that we would have a "Happy Birthday" theme. Especially, after I saw one of the cards that Carrie Cudney had demonstrated for us at Regionals. Carrie used some of the In Colors which I so love!
Here's our make n takes for this month.
First we did the Birthday card that I had made for my Swap card for Regionals.
It had some wonderful techniques that I thought we be fun to share with everyone. Using the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder which we ran through the Big Shot and then flipped it over to use the reverse de-embossed side. Then the Soft Suede piece was stamped using Soft Suede ink and the En Francis background stamp. The Build a Blossom was used as the focal point of the card and gave a very elegant look using Cherry Cobbler and Soft Suede ink on Very Vanilla cardstock. Birthday Wishes is from Bring on the Cake.
Again, this was my take on a card that Becky Roberts did and was also my Regional Swap Card.
For the second Birthday card, it's the card that Carrie Cudney demonstrated at Regionals.
Isn't it so darling!
Recipe:
Stamp Set: Create a Cupcake
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride, Whisper White, Soft Suede
Blushing Bride & Pear Pizzaz Designer Paper, Real Red Glimmer Paper
Ink: Soft Suede
Pear Pizzaz Glimmer Brads, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, Modern Label Punch, Build a Cupcake Punch, Pear Pizzaz Ribbon
You always need a Birthday Card for someone, don't you !
I'll be stamping today, how about you?
Thanks for stopping by !!
Happy Stamping !!!

Afternoon Break offered Cupcakes for All.
Rachel was super excited about that!!
We all had a wonderful day last Saturday at Regionals !!!
For those of you who have not been to a Regionals or Convention Event, the SWAP card is one of most coveted items. So I couldn't go without any Swap cards, but I was having a hard time deciding on what I wanted to do. Now I was so inspired by a card that Becky Roberts had on her blog. ( Here )
So this is my take of Becky's card and my Swap Card that I made for Regionals. Thank You Becky!
Recipe:
Stamp Sets: Build a Blossom, Bring On the Cake, En Francais
Cardstock - Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede

I was so blessed to meet both Carrie Cudney and Donna Griffith at the Winter Stamp A Stack. But then to be able to see them again at Regionals was so wonderful. I had given them one of my Swap cards as a Thank You, as it was so nice of them to take time out of their busy schedule to stop by and then join us in the FUN at the Stamp A Stack! Then I was so excited when at Regionals I received a "Thank You" card from Donna Griffith. I just wanted to share this awesome card with you!
Thanks Donna !!! It was such a pleasure to meet you and stamp with you !
Thanks for stopping by today !!
I hope that you make time for yourself to stamp this weekend !

Regionals were held at the Minneapolis Convention Center. It was a full house for sure! Lots of wonderful Swap Cards and so many friends were able to attend ! This picture is from the back of the room looking towards the stage. Check out this awesome crowd. We were right up front!!

The next picture is of our Talented Brenda Cardinal in her adorable outfit. Brenda made her skirt, YoYo Pin on her jacket and the cute little purse with the Springtime Vintage Fabric. This purse is so stinkin cute. I'm hoping to make one of these with some assistance from Brenda. Ladies it's "Time" to get the Sewing Machine out and make some of these wonderful things with the New Designer Fabric.
If you are able to attend a Regionals Event, do so! You won't be disappointed. The Make n Takes were over the top! All the Demonstrations were incredible! We all had a wonderful day while at Regionals!

Thursday Night's Stamp A Stack - Oh What A Night !!
Last night was the Winter Stamp A Stack. "Oh, What a Night it was! The Stamp A Stack is held 3 times a year at Susan Campfield's house, who is my upline. At the Stamp A Stack Susan's downline can also participate in the FUN! How you might ask? By sharing this event with their customers as well.
Well, Last Night we were over capacity with a FULL house of 22 stampers plus demonstrators ready to get started on the task ahead, which was to Stamp A Stack of cards. Five Card Designs created by Susan Campfield and Brenda Cardinal. Everyone at the Stamp A Stack makes 3 cards of each design for a total of 15 finished cards to take home and send out to their friends or family.
So let's get started with a picture of the 5 Card Designs that everyone will be making.
But tonight would be a Special Night for sure!! Why?? Because we had a SUPER exciting BONUS for all the Lucky Ladies that signed up for last nights session.
Which is the reason for my title - Oh What A Night !!! You see this Friday and Saturday is when Stampin' Up will be holding the "Minneapolis Regional Event" at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
So we were all SURPRISED when Carrie Cudney and Donna Griffith from Stampin' Up came walking through Susan's front door to join us in all the FUN at our Stamp A Stack !!!
Here's a picture of Donna and Carrie getting started on the "Wish Big" Easel card.
This picture was taken in the Famous "Viking Room" where I'm helping out with 2 card designs.
From left to right: Donna, Me and Carrie.
This is our talented Carol Rosengren with Donna and Carrie.
Now we're back upstairs again. These ladies are making the "Happy Birthday Cupcake" Card.
Now don't you wish you would have been one of these Lucky Ladies who got to share in the fun with Stampin' Up's Carrie and Donna? This surely was a Special Treat and we say " Thank You " to Carrie and Donna for taking time out of their busy schedule and for braving the bitter cold weather to come stamp with us at the Stamp A Stack!!
I'll be sharing some more pictures of our "Oh, What A Night" with you after I get back from Regionals!
Woo Hoo!! I have to finish some swap cards before tomorrow morning.
Thanks for stopping by !!!!

More Valentine Gifts for the Grandkids
Here is the second part of the Valentine gifts for the grandkids. I'm sure that they will be excited when their packages arrive !! With only 5 more days until Valentine's Day, let's get started.
First, I found this cute Mini Valentine Purse Gum Holder on Late Night Stampers. I don't have the person's name, so if this is your idea please let me know so I can give you credit. These are so cute and really easy to make. I used the Take 5 gum for these which come in many flavors, I chose watermelon.
At least I did save some of her directions that were posted, so hopefully this will help.
Real Red cardstock 9 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Score at 3 1/8", 3 5/8", 6 5/8" and 7 1/8"
Then turn it and score at 1/2" and 3". On the end after the 7 1/8" scoreline use Scallop Edge Punch.
Cut off each side on 1/2 score line from scallop end up to 6 5/8" score line.
Then using the Paper Snips cut at 3 1/8" and 3 5/8" score line up to 1/2 score line on the sides.
Then you will adhere the little flaps to inside of purse using Snail or Sticky Strip.
Position your bubble gum inside of purse, this will allow you to then adhere the side flaps.
Adhere half of velcro dot to inside of top flap, then peal off and adhere it to front of purse.
Then decorate with Designer Series Paper of your choice, using a 2 1/4" x 1 3/4" for outside top flap, adhere it with SNAIL Adhesive.
Next up is the Valentine Cello Window Treat Pouch that I posted on February 2nd. ( Click Here )
This was a project that I received in Andrea Walford's February Project Newsletter.
Thanks for the wonderful project Andrea!
I filled them with Dark Chocolate & Cherry Swirl DOVE pieces.
Here's the Third one for today!
I just LOVE to wrap up a special candy bar, I used the Love Impressions Designer Paper. Real Red Glimmer Hearts were punched with the Full Heart punch. Then I used the Be My Valentine stamp for
the banner. As Becky says "Remember it's all in the wrap" !!
Thanks to everyone who shared their wonderful Valentine Ideas !!
That's it for today. I want to Thank You for stopping by!
Happy Stamping !!

Valentine Gifts for the Grandkids
Only 6 more days until Valentine's Day! I'm getting ready to send down my Valentine's Day package for the grandkids. I know that the mailboxes have been around for a while, but they are so cute! I used the Love Impressions Designer Paper to decorate the outside. Punched some hearts using the Real Red Glimmer Paper and the Small Heart Punch. The Full Heart Punch also uses the Real Red Glimmer Paper on the flag along with the Large Scallop Circle. They are filled with Valentine Tootsie Rolls and Reese's Chocolate Hearts and I found the new Snickers Square too. I even used the Love Impressions Rub-ons for the front door. I will be sharing some of the other gifts this week too.
Here are their Valentine Mailboxes:
Here are their Valentine Cards:
This is one of the cards that was featured on Create with Connie and Mary in their Valentine Defined Card Portfolio. Super cute project! Thanks Connie and Mary for sharing !
You can see their project ( Here )

Petal Cone Valentine
I've been waiting to get the Petal Cone Die in the Occasions Mini Catalog. It arrived on Thursday, so I had to play a little bit with it this weekend. I've seen some really cute projects done with this die. The first one that I saw was last week while at our Stamp Share. I'm not sure who the original creator was, but I fell in love with this idea for Valentine's Day. I will be sharing some of the other ideas later. Since there are just a few more days till Valentine's Day, I decided to share this one first.
Stamp Set: With All My Heart
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Petal Cone Die, Heart to Heart Punch, Crop-A-Dile, Real Red Glimmer Paper
I made this one for my hairdresser for her Valentine Gift. She so loved it !
I hope that you had a wonderful weekend !!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Happy Stamping!!

They are so darling, aren't they !
The Petal Cone die makes the perfect gift to give on
Valentine's Day !!
I added some chocolate in a small cello bag and tied the top with Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon.
The "With All My HEART" banner finishes this project off to perfection!
The picture below is a closer view of the Petal Cone Valentine.
I used the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and the Full Heart punch to decorate the front.
Then I added some glimmer paper using the Heart to Heart Punch.
Cardstock: Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White
Ink: Cherry Cobbler

A Valentine Flower Bouquet !
If you are like me, I so LOVE getting Flowers anytime of the year. But especially on Valentine's Day! One year on my birthday, my wonderful husband made me a beautiful bouquet of handmade Heart Cookies! He even made the cookies from scratch and added the stems which were made out of wooden dowels and the cookies even had Pretty Pink icing. The Heart Cookies were in a vase and all wrapped up in red cello wrap. Just like they came from a florist! However, the florist didn't deliver the Bouquet, actually my husband hand delivered them to me at work. It was the BEST Bouquet that I'd ever received. I was pretty impressed since it was totally a handmade gift from the heart. So I got to thinking about that one and then I found the most perfect gift to give him on Valentine's Day. So it was on Andrea Walford's blog that I found the perfect gift. (Here's the idea )
So I decided that I could do this, so here is my Special Bouquet of Flowers for my Special Man on Valentine's Day!!
Ta Dah !!!! The Perfect Gift !!
Now I wasn't able to find the cookies that Andrea had in her bouquet, which was a big disappointment.
I also couldn't find the perfect vase, so what was a girl to do. I decided that I could use the Hershey Hearts for my centers instead of the cookies and this cute little Coca Cola glass for my vase.
Below is a close up of one of the Flowers, so that you can see just how beautiful these really are.
So this year for Valentine's Day, think about sending your Special Valentine a Flower Bouquet!!
Remember only 11 more days until Valentine's Day !!!
Thanks for stopping by today !!!
