Wow, I have no idea where the month of March has gone. It's been a very busy one that's for sure. I've been a little short on time, but I do have a couple of other Easter gifts to share with you. The Grandkids are getting a little older, but I still like to make them something for Easter.
I was able to get the Easter Baskets posted earlier, so let's start with the next one.
If you missed them you can click on the link ( Here ) to take you there.
So how about some Easter Jars:
These cute little jars are filled with the White Chocolate M & M's. Tied up with a big bow on the front. The little jars can be found in the Wedding section of Michael's. Actually, there a quite a few things that can be found there.
Here's a closer view, but I forgot to take a picture after I put the Easter Tag on.
But use your imagination for that one!
The Stripped Ribbon is retired, and then we have the 1 1/4" Two Tone Pink Pirouette/Rose Red Ribbon.
Next up we have the Easter Candy Bar Treat Holder:
I saw this cute idea over on Becky Robert's blog a while back. They are really easy to make. Using the Apothecary Accents Framelits, then run that through the Big Shot with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. The little Bunny is from the Spring Sampler stamp set. Punches are the 1" Circle Punch and the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle Punch. Greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and then using the Bitty Banners Framelit to cut out. Tied with the Melon Mambo 3/8" Striped Organdy Ribbon.
Here's a closer view so that you can see some of the detail.
The next one is the Easter Lollipop Treat Holder:
The Easter Lollipop Treat Holder is my take on Erica Cerwin's Hearts A Flutter Tutorial. I made those for Valentine's Day. So change it up a little and you have an EASTER one!
Here's a closer view again:
Using Daffodil Delight cardstock to make the Scallop Envelope this time. I did use the Honey Comb Embossing Folder again, as I really liked how it turns out. I used the Marina Mist and the Melon Mambo 3/8" Stiped Organdy Ribbon for a little additional color. The Paper Doilies add a special touch for the Lollipop. Teeny Tiny Wishes were used again for the greeting and a different Bitty Banners Framelit was used. The Lollipops are also found in the Wedding section at Michael's.
I do have one more gift idea for you, so hopefully I can get that one posted too.
Thanks for stopping by today !!! Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter !!!
Happy Stamping !!!

Easter Baskets using Happy Hello Simply Sent
Hello Ladies,
Finally got some time to play! In order to share with you, first one needs to create. Those two things just haven't happened lately in the correct order.
So I needed to get started on some Easter Gifts. Everyone needs an Easter Basket, right? Well I saw these over at Simply Simple Stamping with Connie Stewart. I did a little Valentine box with the Simply Sent Everyday Elegance a while back and these are now retired. Using the same simple steps in making the Valentine Box you can make this Cute Easter Box and Easter Basket!!
Here's the Group Picture:
This is my take on these cute Easter Baskets or Boxes. With the Simply Sent Happy Hello set you can either make 8 Cards and have Envelopes to match. But you could also make 16 Easter Baskets or Easter Boxes. So cute !!!
Here's a close up for you. So simple really! After making the Box using the Happy Hello card, then I just added a bow, the greeting and punched out the cute Bunny. The Bunny is made by using the following punches: Small Oval Punch, 3/4" Circle Punch and the Blossom Builder Punch makes the ears by punching two of the small leaf. I added a Basic Jewel Pearl for the Tail.
Here's a close up of the Envelope Basket:
Yes, this is my take on the Easter Basket that is made from the Envelope in the Simply Sent Happy Hello kit. Remember the Bag a lopes? Well that's what this is. Then I added a Daffadil Delight handle using a 3/4" piece of Cardstock about 8" long, attached with 2 Daffadil Delight brads. Added the braid using Whisper White cardstock ran through the Big Shot with the Tasteful Trim Bigz die. Using the "Ears to You" Single Stamp I colored it with the following Markers: Wisteria Wonder, Marina Mist, and the Primrose Petals. I stamped that on Whisper White and ran this through the Big Shot using the Labels Collection Framelit. Added a Basic Jewel Pearl for the Tail of the middle rabbit.
All that's left is to fill them with Easter Chocolate Treats.
Connie has a video with all the directions on how to make these 2 Cute Easter Gifts. You can see the video by clicking ( Here ).
Now you aren't able to order the Simply Sent Happy Hello kit. But if you place a $50 dollar order before tax and shipping you can choose this as your FREE Sale-A-Bration item. You can place your order by going to the right hand sidebar and then click on my Shop Now Button. What are you waiting for !!!
Thanks to Connie for refreshing my memory on how to make these cute Gifts!!!

Sweet Threads Simply Sent !
Hello Ladies !
Thought I better take a couple minutes and share something FUN with you! I saw this cute idea while at our Stamp A Stack a couple of weeks ago. Fellow Demonstrator Brenda Cardinal is the original creator of this adorable project!
Now when I first saw the Sweet Threads Simply Sent in the Spring Catalog, my first thought was that these special cards need to go to someone very Special !! Not only is this a hand made card, but it was also Cross Stitched and Made with lots of TLC! I Love to Cross Stitch and I haven't done that for quite a while now. So I decided to make this be one of my gifts for 3 Very Special People who are having Birthdays this month. This project was Super easy to make! I actually made 4 of these, as I have another Special Birthday in May! I can't wait to give mine as a Special Birthday Gift !!
First you'll want to stamp your Greeting. Then follow the directions for the Cross Stitched piece that are included in the kit. Using the cards to make your background, then add your Cross Stitched piece on the front. Then place in your frame!
The frame is from Michael's, everything else is from the Sweet Threads Simply Sent.
I have one tip that I will mention, rather than using the recommended 6 strands of floss I only used 4 strands instead.
A Big Thank You to Brenda for sharing her creativity !!
Make Someone's Birthday a Super Special one this year !!
Thanks for stopping by today.
I hope that you give this project a try !
Happy Stamping !!!

Breaking News! So Many Possibilities!
Breaking News at Stampin’ Up! this morning. Check out this Designer Typeset Stamp Set.
It’s based around a really great san serif font that will work well on just about any project.
And then there are embellishments and shapes to take whatever you want to say to the next level.
The possibilities are seriously endless. And can you believe it’s all for only $13.95?!?
See ideas below, right from the Stampin’ Up! site….I’m very excited about this and hope you are too. I’ll be ordering mine today….how about you?
Once you start playing around with this stamp set, it’s hard to stop. So many witty one-liners, so little time.
Let’s get to talking about the benefits of photopolymer stamps. For those who are unfamiliar, let me point out a couple of things that are really cool.
First, they’re completely clear, making it oh-so-easy to stamp exactly where you want. They come unmounted, on an acetate sheet, and temporarily adhere to our clear blocks. Awesome!
Second, they are pliable. Want your arrow to shoot a certain way? No problem! Want your banner to have the perfect sag? Easy peasy! Being able to play with the shape gives you even more creative freedom.
So let’s get down to the nitty gritty. The Designer Typeset Stamp Set is in the online store starting now. Go to my online store and enter product code 132956 to order yours today! Just click ( Here )
