Hearts and Valentine Class

Well I can now share with you the last card of the Hearts and Valentine Class, as Leadership starts today!   This Valentine's Day card was my top favorite of the class.  Created by my upline Susan Campfield.

This card has all kinds of texture and lots of layers, from the Stripes embossing on the top to the Polka Dots embossing on the bottom folds.  With the Heart in the center embossed with the Lots of Love Letterpress Plate.  I think Susan said this is a double gate fold card.  It for sure qualifies for a Funky Fold Card.

Recipe:
Cardstock - Basic Black     4 3/8" x 9"  Scored @ 3 1/2"
                                           2" x 8 1/2"  Scored @ 2 1/8", 2 1/8"
                                           3 1/4" x 4 1/16"
                                           2 pieces    1 7/8" x 1 3/4"
For the Heart layer              3" x 3"

Real Red                             3 1/8" x 3 1/8"
Plus  3 scraps   One for the Heart - which is cut using the 3rd Heart from the center of the Framelits Heart Collection.  One for the Modern Label mat.   One to punch the Heart of Hearts - Three hearts, these are behind the doors.

Whisper White                    3 x 3 3/4" For the inside greeting

I did forget to take a picture of the bottom doors being open and so you could see the saying.
You're So Sweet !

It was an awesome class and we all had a Fabulous time.  Thanks again to Susan for sharing her creativity
with us !!!

Thanks for stopping by today !!!

Happy Stamping !!!

Hearts and Valentines Part 2

Hello again.   Here is Part 2 of the Hearts and Valentines Class that I was able to attend last Thursday night.  I started with 2 of the Card Designs which I posted on Sunday, and I will share 2 more with you today.  The 5th Design I need to post after Leadership as this is also a Swap Card for that event.
Part 1 of the Hearts and Valentines Class is right below this one.

For the third card we have this Simple and Cute Valentine.

This card showcases the New Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die.  I just " Love" the texture on the Hearts, with 5 various sizes.  These Hearts can be used for so many other things besides Valentine's Day!

Stamp Set:  Teeny Tiny Wishes
Cardstock is Whisper White, Pretty In Pink and Early Espresso.
Pretty In Pink Designer Prints Paper
Ink: Early Espresso
5/8" White Satin Ribbon, Word Punch and Modern Label Punch.

For the Fourth Card it too is a very Simple yet Elegant card.

This card could be used for Birthday, Anniversary and always on Valentine's Day !
Two Hearts - one is Riding Hood Red and the other is Twitterpatted Designer Paper.  Punched out using the Full Heart Punch.   The "Love"  is from the Fabulous Phrases stamp set, stamped in Riding Hood Red.  This is layered on 2 pieces of Whisper White cardstock and bumped up with Dimensionals.  The picture doesn't quite show the layers, so it must be time for a New camera.

Again a Big Thank You to my upline Susan Campfield for sharing her creativity with us !!

Don't forget to stop back after Leadership, as I will be posting the Final card from the Hearts and Valentines Class.

As Always I Thank You for stopping by !!!

Happy Stamping !!!!

More Christmas Gifts !

I hope that everyone had a very Happy New Year !!  I just have one more post for Christmas, I promise.

These are some additional gifts that I made for friends and family this year for Christmas.

First is the "Snow Much Fun" Candy Box:

This is my take on Angie Kennedy Juda's Snowman Soup project.  Now mine only has Chocolate inside my cello bag.  You can see Angie's ( Here )

Next up is my "Hershey Sled" :

This is a side view so you can see the Candy Canes.

This idea was actually on the back of the box of the Hershey Chocolate Mint Candy Canes.  So of course I just had to give this one a try.  These are my favorite Candy Canes and  I always look for them each year !!  If you find them, you better get them.  They are a hot item!!

This is a front view of this cute project.

I covered the Hershey Bar with some Frostwood Lodge Designer Paper to make them look more like a real sled.  Then I added the Candy Canes on the bottom of the Hershey Bar using sticky strip.  Then I added some 3/8" Early Espresso Quilted Satin Ribbon, along with a Merry Christmas tag.

Next are these super cute "Reindeer Toppers" for the 1" x 8" Cello Bags.

Now these cute Reindeer are made using the Stocking Builder Punch.  There are so many creative ideas for this Punch.  Christmas Stockings of course, then there are Baby Booties, Ice Skates, Hobby Stick Horses, Reindeer and I'm sure that I have missed some.
But this Punch will NOT be available after January 3rd!!
So before it's too late, get busy and place your order now.  You can do that by clicking on my Shop Now button on the right hand side bar!!

Lastly, I have an awesome Bookmark:

I saw this idea over at Dawn Griffith's Blog.

Here's how this looks when actually on the book you are reading.

It was the perfect gift for a couple of people on my list.  Dawn even has a video for this cute project.  You can see this video by clicking ( Here ) .

Thanks to both Angie and Dawn for sharing their Creativity !!!

As always Thanks for stopping by today !!!

Happy Stamping !!
